Questions about getting started
It’s easy to get started and registering will only take a few minutes. Simply complete the registration form which includes basic business and contact details. You will also need to confirm your email address during registration.
Once you have registered, you can log in to your account. To access all features, you will want to subscribe which costs $29.95 per month. There is no obligation so its well worth doing to get the maximum benefit immediately.
If you don’t want to subscribe you can use a “lite” version for 30 days.
When you subscribe you can get help setting up forms and links on their website, Facebook or wherever.
If you are using the free test drive period and struggling to set things up, it is probably worth subscribing so you can start saving time and benefitting immediately. Subscribing also gives you access to customisation and SMS messaging for instant quote responses.
Since it costs so little and there is no risk, its worth considering.
When you subscribe, you can customise forms to suit your business. These include the colours as well as the messages users receive before, during and after requesting a quote. This helps make sure that the forms fit in with your business image and policies.
If you have only registered and are using the 30 day free trial, you cannot customise your forms.
If you have subscribed, you can customise your forms simply by logging into your account and clicking on Update my options. Choose the item you wish to update, make the change and save your changes.
Your update will immediately be visible wherever that item appears.
Remember, customisation is only available to subscribed users.
Eezee Quote isn’t going to interfere with other software or apps. It just streamlines the process of getting and winning quotes. You can then handle the job in the way you normally do.
Questions about your account
No, you can use our service for as long or little as you like. Cancel your subscription at any time.
Payments are by Credit card and an automated monthly subscription. So once you are up and running you don’t have to worrying about paying each month.
Eezee Quote is very affordable at just $29.95 per month or $299.50 per year (that’s 2 months free). We reckon that the potential to save your valuable time makes this a bargain price. We do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider who uses state of the art security to help protect payment information.
Questions about quotes
Subscribed* users will receive an SMS notifying them that a request has been received and what type of request it is. The SMS will include a link so you can view it immediately in your Eezee Quote account. You will also be able to view the emailed copy that will be sent to you.
Registered users using the 30 day free trial will only receive the emailed copy.
* SMS messaging is only available to subscribed users.
If you have a current subscription, you can view and respond to quote requests in two ways:
– you can click the SMS link to view the details of the quote request instantly on your phone
– you can read the email copy which is sent to you.
If you are only using the free trial, you will only receive an email.
If you have subscribed, you will receive an SMS when a new quote request is received. You will also be sent an email.
When you receive the SMS you can click on a link and respond immediately within Eezee Quote. This means you can respond within minutes of receiving a quote request. Of course, the complexity of each request can vary and you may not want to reply right away, but for simple requests, super quick responses are easy. And a quick response is sometimes the best way to win a job.
This also gives you the option of responding quickly (to establish your interest and competitiveness) and including a message saying that a more formal and complete quote will be sent later – you can then use your existing quote preparation processes to send the proper quote.
